KASTAV-REŠETARI, we received a house in a row with a living area of 138m2 and a garden of 159m2. It consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining area, a small bathroom that needs to be adapted, a living room with access to a spacious terrace and a landscaped garden. The internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, and on the last floor another larger bedroom and bathroom. The upper floors offer a partial view of the sea. We also have an attic space where, if necessary, two more rooms can be made, or an open-space work space or space for socializing. Heating is central with wood. Within the house there is a spacious garage from which a direct entrance leads to the living space. There are three more parking spaces in front of the garage. Kastav, a town that watches over the northernmost part of Kvarner from a 365-meter-high hill, is much more than an old castle, and its story begins in distant history. There is almost no period in the past of our wider homeland that was not marked by the mention of the Kastava name.
