OGULIN, DREŽNICA, we have received a house for renovation in a quiet and beautiful location. The house consists of a tavern in the basement, a kitchen with a living room and a bedroom on the first floor, and an unfinished attic. The area of the garden is 220 m2. With a little imagination, it can become a wonderful cottage in an oasis of peace to escape from the everyday hectic pace of life. Drežnica is a village in the Republic of Croatia, part of the City of Ogulin, Karlovac County. The area of the settlement is 137.5 km2, but with the hamlets of Brezno, Debeli Lug and Ponorac (today part of the Musulinski Potok settlement) it represents the largest cadastral municipality in Croatia (176 km2), of which 125 km2 is under forest. It is located in the Velika Kapela massif on three karst fields: Lug, Krakarsko polje and Drežničko (Veliko) polje, elevations from 439 to 468 m above sea level. The lowest Veliko polje is often flooded and is the only one that is not inhabited, it is unique for its wild oak forest. For all other information, please feel free to contact us.
