Solid stone houses are huddled together, and narrow streets lead to the parish church of St. Filip and Jakov, the former table church of the Modruška or Krbavska diocese (1493-1969), with a rich interior and a tall white recognizable bell tower. On the square opposite the church is the building of the diocese. Not far away is the church of St. Trojstva (Chakavian Sv.
