About real estate

HRELJIN, in the offer we have received a detached old house with a surface area of 120m2. It is located on the edge of the construction zone on a plot of land of 1664m2. The house can be used as it is or it can be demolished and rebuilt in the same dimensions. With the necessary adaptation, this property is ideal both for living and for tourist purposes. It is located in a quiet and green location with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding area. Hreljin is a village in Croatia. It is located above Bakar Bay. Some count it among the seven forts of Liburna (septem turres) of Roman Liburnia, which proves that it is considered an old city. The old town of Hreljin was located in the area of today's Gradina. It was surrounded by walls with two towers, and had two entrances. At the north-west and south-west ends stood a defensive tower with a circular plan. The tower facing the Bay of Bakar enclosed a small castle with a defensive wall and a smaller quadrangular tower, probably the oldest part of the fortified settlement. At the highest point of the hill was a fortress, the remains of which are still well preserved today. In the middle of the settlement was the one-nave church of St. Jurja, with an attached belfry on the facade. For all other information, please contact us with confidence.
