SELCE, in the offer we received a house with five apartments of 267 m2, categorized for tourist rental. It was completely adapted in 2021. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and large terraces surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean plants. Selce is located in a picturesque bay on the northeastern edge of the Kvarner Gulf, 40 km south of Rijeka, on one of the most naturally diverse and picturesque parts of the Adriatic coast and the entire Mediterranean. This coastal town with a centuries-old tourist tradition was once a settlement of fishermen and masons, and today it is an interesting tourist destination, enchanting with its natural beauty, clean air and sea. Selce can host several thousand tourists in private and hotel accommodation, resorts and two camping sites. A mild climate with more than 2,500 hours of sunshine per year, an average summer temperature of 25°C, and an annual average of 14°C allow for a pleasant stay in all seasons. Clean air and a clear sea with an average summer temperature of 23°C, the swimming season from May to October, and modern beaches that have been carrying the Blue Flag for several years will provide you with a pleasant and fun summer vacation.
