HRELJIN, we were offered a house on two floors with a large garden. The basement consists of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen. The living room has access to a terrace surrounded by greenery. The second floor is designed as a one-room apartment with a gallery intended for two children's rooms. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious open-space living room with a kitchen and a dining room, which opens onto a covered terrace with a beautiful view of nature. The heating is electric with the possibility of heating with wood. The apartment in the basement is for adaptation, while the apartment on the first floor is newly adapted. The house is located on a plot of 1454 m2, surrounded by greenery in an excellent location near the entrance to the ring road, only about 15 minutes from the center of Rijeka. Hreljin is a village in Croatia. It is located above Bakar Bay. Some count it among the seven forts of Liburna (septem turres) of Roman Liburnia, which proves that it is considered an old city. The old town of Hreljin was located in the area of today's Gradina. It was surrounded by walls with two towers, and had two entrances. At the north-west and south-west ends stood a defensive tower with a circular plan. The tower facing the Bay of Bakar enclosed a small castle with a defensive wall and a smaller quadrangular tower, probably the oldest part of the fortified settlement. At the highest point of the hill was a fortress, the remains of which are still well preserved today.
