DONJI ZAGON, we received a house of 130 m2 of living space, located in the hinterland of Novi Vinodolski. The house consists of ground floor, first floor and attic; living room with dining room, kitchen, storage room, two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and attic. It also has a garage of 16 m2, an outdoor studio and a garden. Donji Zagon is located a 6-minute drive north of Novi Vinodolski. The town of Novi Vinodolski is located in the southeastern part of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, in the central part of the Northern Croatian coast, next to the Vinodol Valley, along the indented shore of the Podvelebit Canal, and administratively includes 20 statistical settlements. Today, Novi Vinodolski is complete with all the facilities necessary for a modern way of living and doing business. In the village there are: a school, a kindergarten, a church, a post office, a health center, a pharmacy, a reading room and a library, a museum and a gallery, banks, hotels, travel agencies, and a number of craft services are also available. The old stone town is located on a hill, above the sea bay and the mouth of the river Ričina (Suha Ričina), and at the exit of the Vinodol valley to the sea. It was built by the princes of Krč, when they acquired Modruš and Vinodol with a royal gift in 1225. Solid stone houses are huddled together, and narrow streets lead to the parish church of St. Filip and Jakov, the former table church of the Modruška or Krbavska diocese (1493-1969), with a rich interior and a tall white recognizable bell tower. On the square opposite the church is the building of the diocese. Not far away is the church of St. Trojstva (Chakavian Sv.
