BROD MORAVICE, we offer a detached house with a yard. It consists of a basement, a first floor and a high attic where there are a total of three residential units. Each floor has approximately 78 m2. It is 120 km from Zagreb and 75 km from Rijeka. According to the number of inhabitants, it is the smallest, but the oldest municipality in Gorsko kotar. On a relatively large area of 63 km2, about 880 inhabitants live in 38 settlements. Brod Moravice Municipality Day is August 16. Brod Moravice has surroundings rich in natural beauty. The view of Kupska dolina will not leave anyone indifferent. Above the Kupa canyon are two famous viewpoints: Špičasti vrh and Medveja stena, which offer a wonderful view of neighboring Slovenia and a large part of Gorski Kotar. Near the village of Kuti, the Parag hill rises, from which the alpine massifs can be seen on clear days. The municipality of Brod Moravice was founded in 1893, and in 1993 it became a municipality in the free and independent Republic of Croatia. There are no major commercial facilities in the Brod Moravice Municipality, but there is a smaller plant called "Pilana" in Donja Dobra. There are also a large number of craftsmen, mainly carpenters, but also growers of strawberries, raspberries, cherries and mushrooms.
