BOLJUN, we offer an autochthonous, stone house in a beautiful location. Adapted from the ground up and arranged in 2009, it does not require investment, but it is possible to immediately continue with well-established tourist activities. The house has 61 m2 of living space and consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom located on the ground floor and an internal staircase leading to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. Decorated and equipped with style, it really exudes warmth and provides a special atmosphere. The living area of the ground floor is connected to the outside, covered terrace, which in turn continues to the large garden of 888 m2. There is also a place to stay with a barbecue and a garden house that serves as a storage room. The view of the surroundings is wonderful and the property itself offers the possibility of an idyllic vacation or residence. Scattered throughout the area under the slopes of the flysch hills are hamlets: Bratičići, Gržani, Kočebari, Lukačići, Radetići, Stancija, Šepčići and Želeski, where the estate with the outbuilding of De Franceschi from Gologorica was located. Because of the mild climate, people have lived here since ancient times, and many, from nearby towns, had their country houses here. Near the village of Želeski, an ancient stele (tombstone) of Molius Labienus and his wife Tertia was found. This monument from II. century BC, a representative version of which is preserved in the Archaeological Museum in Pula, testifies to the wealth of the inhabitants of this region. The Labien family is one of the most famous in ancient Rome, and one of its branches reached senatorial status.
