PEĆINE, we were offered an apartment of 79.02 m2 in an attractive position with a view of the sea. It consists of two bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and dining room, spacious living room with sea view, bathroom and storage room. The apartment is completely renovated. Approximately half a meter of the floor of the apartment was excavated, new drainage, thermal and hydro insulation of the floor was made. A new screed was poured over the thermal and hydro insulation, on which ceramic tiles and parquet were placed. Parquet floors are made to order from extra-class oak according to the original pattern and dimensions. The floor in the hall consists of gres tiles "I bianchi calacatta". During the decoration, attention was paid to details such as Geberit buttons made of white glass on the kettle, benches on the window made of Carrara marble, etc. The interior and exterior carpentry was restored. The doorknobs are original from the time the house was built, they were restored and re-chromed in a master workshop in Zagreb. The heating is electric using a Daikin air conditioner. It has a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year. The outdoor unit is located on the outside wall of the plot so that it does not produce noise. Of the three indoor units, two units are exclusively made with fronts made of massive satin aluminum. The apartment also has two chimneys and the possibility of heating with wood. It also has a woodshed of 5 m2. During the adaptation of the apartment, the electrical installation was completely replaced. Category 5 telephone and internet networks are installed in the living room and in the master bedroom, and the two rooms are connected by a home theater installation. It is possible to install one system in two rooms or two separate systems. "Simon Urmet" switch and socket modules are installed, all switches have built-in led indicators. It has a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year. Just some of the advantages of this apartment are the view of the sea from the living room and one bedroom, its very position not far from the sea and Sablićevo beach, built-in alarm system, woodshed and its own entrance to the apartment. The property is a rarity on the market. PEĆINE offers much more than swimming and sunbathing, as it is another Rijeka neighborhood with an interesting history, accessible at every turn. Namely, from the architecture of this part of the city, even laymen can conclude that wealthier citizens lived here. In the first half of the 19th century, they started building their summer houses surrounded by lush flower gardens and exotic plants, which eventually became their permanent residence. These villas are located right next to the coast, that is, along the southern road. All the villas in Pećine can boast of a lush green garden, but these are by no means the only green areas in this part of the city.
