PEĆINE, we have a well-established bakery for long-term rent. The bakery consists of three rooms with a total area of 45m2. Two rooms are equipped with complete equipment for production, while the third room is a sales area and is rented as such for a longer period. PEĆINE offers much more than swimming and sunbathing, as it is another Rijeka neighborhood with an interesting history, accessible at every turn. Namely, from the architecture of this part of the city, even laymen can conclude that wealthier citizens lived here. In the first half of the 19th century, they started building their summer houses surrounded by lush flower gardens and exotic plants, which eventually became their permanent residence. These villas are located right next to the coast, that is, along the southern road. All the villas in Pećine can boast of a lush green garden, but these are by no means the only green areas in this part of the city.
