DUGA RESA, in the offer we got a bakery with a production facility and a separate shop. The bakery was built according to plan in 1965 and was completely renovated in 2009. when one part of the bakery was added, the complete carpentry was changed, the facade was made, the store was built as an independent building and new thermotechnics tunnel ovens were installed. The bakery is located in the very center of Duga Resa, on a plot of land of 1,700 square meters, of which the bakery itself has 650 m2 and a grocery store of 50 m2. There is a large parking lot in front of and behind the bakery. The entire bakery is a one-story building with flat floors without a single threshold and consists of one double office with storage for office supplies, two sanitary facilities, one large wardrobe and one smaller wardrobe. The bakery is still in operation and works every night, and has its 34 regular customers. The property is sold only as a set, and there is also the possibility of renting.
